CHI hair straightener/curler

i got this straightener about 2 weeks ago, and since i've been using it, it leaves a burnt kinda smell in my hair..and it seems to have never gone away. =( it smells BAD. even after i shampoo & conditioner! i'm scared. i should've done my research before i got this. oh well. my hair will grow. haha!

soo, i've been driving back & forth last week to Cypress Community College because they need papers for my financial aide...the first day i went there, the girl told me i brought the wrong copy from my mom's tax file, or whatever. i'm like, ok, i'll come back tomorrow & bring you the whole file. next day i go back, bring the whole file, to a different girl & she says my mom needs to sign the paper. i go back home, make my mom sign it, but my mom said she e-filed. then, i go back the following day, and there's an older lady saying i brought in all the right stuff. she said the other girls didn't know what they were talking about because they might be in the work study program. haha..anyway! i got that done. actually, i need to bring in a copy of my birth certificiate because they need proof of my citizenship!?!? :( wahhh..whatevs.

guess where i'm goin' this weekend?...


vegas! well, not to party or anything of course. but to visit my boyfriend's godmom since she has surgery for her back that following monday (the 18th.) pray for our safe trip there and back. oh yeah! daniel's visiting for about 10 days. he's comin' with us to vegas. woooo.
